Rock Springs, NM

Rock Springs is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in McKinley County, New Mexico, United States. The 2020 census counted 807 residents. The community is the center of the Rock Springs Chapter of the Navajo Nation. The Rock Springs Chapter started to take form in the late 1930s. Rock Springs is in Gallup-McKinley County Public Schools. The short version is that Rock Springs carries an earlier story into the places people know and use now.
