Rockdale, TX

Rockdale is a quiet Central Texas town of around 5,300 residents, set in Milam County roughly forty miles west of College Station and an easy drive northeast of the Austin area. Named after a massive local rock formation when the railroad arrived in the 1870s, the community has deep historic roots stretching back to early Spanish-era travel routes.
