Rosedale, MD

Rosedale is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baltimore County, just northeast of Baltimore. The origin of the name is uncertain, but the modern place is easy to place: a mature inner suburb with Baltimore County Public Schools, established neighborhoods, shopping strips, and major road access. Rosedale does not need a grand local hook to make sense. Its appeal is mainly proximity, with city jobs and services close by and a more suburban county setting at home.
