Round Rock, AZ

Round Rock is a Navajo community and census-designated place in Apache County, Arizona, located on the Navajo Reservation. Named after a nearby flat-topped mesa, the community of approximately eight hundred residents sits along Arizona State Highway 191. The area is served primarily by the Red Mesa Unified School District, which operates the local Round Rock School, while a portion of the neighborhood falls under the Chinle Unified School District. The community maintains strong tribal traditions and a residential, desert lifestyle.
