Ruthton, MN

Ruthton is a city in Pipestone County, Minnesota, United States. The 2020 census counted 226 residents. The city is the home of Exelon Wind's Cowell Wind Project. Ruthton was platted in 1888, and named for the wife of a member of the town company. Ruthton makes sense once you see how its past, landscape, and current gathering spots overlap.
