Located in the rolling hills of southwestern Indiana, Santa Claus is a welcoming small town of about 2,600 residents with a festive spirit that lasts all year. The community adopted its unique name back in the 1850s, and locals have embraced the identity ever since. Residents share their hometown with popular spots like Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari, Santa’s Candy Castle, and the famous post office where volunteers help answer thousands of children’s letters each December.
