Seabrook, TX

Seabrook is a Galveston Bay city southeast of Houston, close to the Johnson Space Center and the Clear Lake area. It is known locally for fish markets on Waterfront Drive, where shrimpers and fishermen bring in daily catches, and its early twentieth-century downtown still gives the city a small waterfront-business core. Seabrook feels both coastal and suburban: marinas, seafood, bay breezes, NASA-area jobs, and Houston commuters all overlap in a place that looks toward the water first.
