Tucked along the Deschutes River just southwest of Bend, Seventh Mountain sits right off Century Drive on the scenic climb toward Mount Bachelor. The community developed around the Seventh Mountain Resort, so housing here is largely made up of condos and townhomes set among tall ponderosa pines. Residents enjoy on-site perks like swimming pools, hot tubs, and an outdoor winter ice rink, along with immediate access to hiking trails and river put-ins.
