Silver Grove, KY

Silver Grove is a quiet river town in Campbell County, sitting along the southern bend of the Ohio River about fifteen minutes east of Cincinnati. The community was founded in 1911 as a planned hub for the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway, which laid out the grid of streets, parks, and neighborhoods that still make up the town today. Kentucky Route 8 runs right along the water, giving drivers a scenic route into neighboring river cities like Dayton and Bellevue.

With just over 1,100 residents, Silver Grove has a laid-back, small-town atmosphere that appeals to people wanting a peaceful retreat near the city. The riverfront setting and wooded hillsides give the area plenty of natural charm, while local parks offer simple spots for weekend get-togethers and youth sports. Students attend the Campbell County School District, giving families the academic and athletic resources of a larger county system while living in a close-knit community.
