About Snohomish

Snohomish is a historic river city northeast of Everett, set along the Snohomish River. The valley was originally home to the Snohomish people, and the modern city grew as a county and river-trade center. Today Snohomish is known for its preserved historic downtown, antique shops, older homes, and surrounding farmland. It sits close enough to the Seattle metro for commuting, but its river valley setting and older main street give it a more independent small-town feel.
