Snyderville is a census-designated place in Summit County, within the Snyderville Basin just outside Park City. It functions as a residential and commercial extension of the Park City area, with many residents living outside the city limits while relying on the same ski-town economy, schools, trails, and services. The basin includes neighborhoods, shopping areas, open space, and quick access to resorts and Interstate 80. Snyderville feels more everyday and suburban than Park City's historic core, but still deeply tied to mountain recreation.
