Southchase, FL

Southchase is a census-designated place and unincorporated area in Orange County, south of Orlando. The local record is thin, but the setting is clear: this is a suburban community in the fast-growing corridor near Orlando International Airport, Hunters Creek, and the roads leading toward Kissimmee. Southchase is mostly residential, with subdivisions, schools, shopping centers, and commuter access doing the work of a town center. It is useful, built-out, and very much part of metropolitan Orlando.
