Spencerville, MD

Spencerville is a small, quiet community tucked into eastern Montgomery County, sitting along Route 198 between Cloverly and Burtonsville. With around a thousand residents, it offers a relaxed, semi-rural feel shaped by horse farms, mature trees, and spacious single-family homes. Originally founded in the mid-1800s, the area has held onto its peaceful country character and scenic open spaces over the decades.
