Sturgeon Bay is a city and the county seat of Door County, Wisconsin, situated at the natural end of the Sturgeon Bay inlet on the Door Peninsula. The most populous city on the peninsula, the community of approximately 9,806 is historically noted for its shipbuilding industry and the historic Michigan Street Steel Bridge.
