Sugar City sits about five minutes northeast of Rexburg along Highway 20, offering a peaceful, small-town setting surrounded by open farmland. Originally founded as a sugar beet processing hub in the early 1900s, the town completely rebuilt after the 1976 Teton Dam flood.
