Sulphur Springs, AR (CDP)

Sulphur Springs is a small census-designated place in Jefferson County, Arkansas, southeast of the Little Rock region. It is also known as White Sulphur Springs, a name that hints at the older spring-community history behind many Arkansas places with this name. The community has fewer than a thousand residents and a rural feel, with local identity tied more to county geography, roads, and nearby Pine Bluff than to a traditional town center. It should not be confused with the separate Sulphur Springs in Benton County.
