Susitna North is a census-designated community in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska, situated within the Anchorage metropolitan area. Formerly named Y for the intersection of the George Parks Highway and the Talkeetna Spur Road, the community serves as a commercial and services node between Willow and Talkeetna. The area has a rich indigenous history, historically inhabited by both Ahtna and Dena'ina Athabascan peoples. Today, the town center hosts a local health clinic, travel services, and Susitna Valley High School.
