Tehaleh, WA

Tehaleh is a master-planned community south of Bonney Lake in Pierce County, originally developed under the name Cascadia. It sits on the plateau above the Puyallup River valley, with Mount Rainier views and a layout built around new neighborhoods, trails, parks, and schools. Because it is unincorporated, its identity comes more from the planned community itself than from a traditional town government. Tehaleh feels new, organized, and deliberately outdoors-oriented.
