About Templeville

Straddling the border of Caroline and Queen Anne's counties, Templeville is a tiny, quiet community on Maryland's Eastern Shore. With just over a hundred residents, it offers a peaceful rural setting with deep local roots. Originally settled as Bullock Town before taking the Temple family name in the 1840s, the area even played a part in history as a stop along the Underground Railroad.
