Tildenville, FL

Tucked right between Oakland and Winter Garden, Tildenville is one of Orange County's oldest and smallest historic pockets. With fewer than 500 residents, it offers a quiet, relaxed setting bordered by nature preserves to the west. It also puts you just a few minutes from the brick-lined streets, local restaurants, and popular farmers market in downtown Winter Garden.

The area dates back to the 1870s, when citrus grower Luther Fuller Tilden planted groves and built packinghouses across the land. Strong community roots are still visible throughout the neighborhood, from long-standing institutions like Tildenville Missionary Baptist Church to the shaded, preserved stretch of Old Brick Road. It remains a peaceful slice of Central Florida history with easy access to nearby schools and the West Orange Trail.
