Town Line is a hamlet and census-designated place spanning the towns of Lancaster and Alden in Erie County, New York. Part of the Buffalo metropolitan area and notable for its historical nonbinding vote to secede from the Union in 1861 and rejoin in 1946, the community of approximately 2,229 is served by the Lancaster Central School District.
