Turners Falls, MA

Set alongside a scenic bend in the Connecticut River, Turners Falls serves as the lively downtown heart of Montague in western Massachusetts. Home to around 4,500 residents, the village was originally built as a 19th-century planned mill town, which left behind a compact, walkable grid lined with classic brick architecture. Water is never far from view here, with both the river and the old canal running right alongside the center of town.
