Uniontown is a census-designated place in Stark County, Ohio, situated along the Tuscarawas River within the Akron-Canton metropolitan area. Platted in 1816 at the junction of two historic stagecoach lines, the community of approximately 7,920 is home to a branch of the Stark County District Library.
