About Upper Brookville

Upper Brookville is a small North Shore village in Nassau County, within the town of Oyster Bay. It is named for the brook that once ran along Wolver Hollow, its main road, and it was the last Nassau County village to incorporate until Atlantic Beach. The village is residential, wooded, and estate-like, with large lots and a residential Gold Coast feel. Upper Brookville has little in the way of a commercial center; its character comes from privacy, old roads, and North Shore landscape.
