Upper Nyack is an incorporated village in the town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York. Established north of Nyack in 1872 and home to the historic 1863 Empire Hook and Ladder Company, the residential community of approximately 1,991 is served by the Nyack Public Schools district for public primary and secondary education.
