Valleyview, OH

Valleyview is a small Franklin County village enclosed by Columbus, one of several independent municipalities that remain separate inside the capital city's urban map. Its streets sit near Minerva Park, Marble Cliff, Riverlea, Bexley, Grandview Heights, Upper Arlington, and Whitehall, so a short drive can cross several governments. The village keeps its own mayor and six-member council, and council meetings at Village Hall give the place a distinct civic rhythm despite the surrounding city.
