Victory, NY

Victory's village center sits in the Town of Victory in Cayuga County, near the junction of NY 370 and NY 38 in the flat farm country north of Auburn. The town's name comes from a local political win: residents who wanted to divide the old town of Cato prevailed, and the new municipality carried that victory into its name.
