Village of Grosse Pointe Shores, MI

Grosse Pointe Shores is a suburban city spanning Wayne and Macomb counties, Michigan, situated along the shores of Lake St. Clair northeast of Detroit. Originally incorporated as a village in 1911 and reconstituted as a city in 2009, the community of approximately 2,795 has school districts split between the Grosse Pointe Public School System and the South Lake Schools.
