Wadena is a city and the county seat of Wadena County, Minnesota, situated in the west-central part of the state. Named for Ojibwe Chief Wadena and home to both the historic Cozy Theatre and a campus of Minnesota State Community College, the agricultural center of approximately 4,419 is served by the Wadena-Deer Creek School District locally.
