Wall Lake, IA

Named after the lake right beside it, Wall Lake is a peaceful Sac County community with around 750 residents. It offers a classic small-town feel surrounded by open Iowa farmland and water recreation. For families with school-age children, the town is part of the East Sac County school system, sharing campuses with neighboring Sac City and Lake View.

Around town, you will find plenty of everyday comforts, from sunny afternoons at the municipal swimming pool to rounds of golf at Spring Lake Country Club. The local library and community center host activities throughout the year, while the lake offers easy access to fishing and boating. Wall Lake is also proud of its musical heritage as the birthplace of singer Andy Williams, and visitors can still stop by his restored childhood home.
