Warsaw, NY

Nestled in the scenic Oatka Valley about halfway between Buffalo and Rochester, Warsaw serves as the welcoming heart of Wyoming County. Home to around 5,300 residents, it offers a quiet rural setting alongside the everyday conveniences of being the county seat. Route 20A runs directly through town, connecting the community to neighboring cities, while Oatka Creek winds through the valley floor beneath rolling hills and open farmland.

The village center is anchored by historic brick storefronts, local diners, and the county courthouse, creating a traditional small-town atmosphere where neighbors easily stay connected. Families have access to the Warsaw Central School District as well as a community hospital right in town, and outdoor enthusiasts are only a short drive from the trails and waterfalls of Letchworth State Park.
