Wedgefield, FL

Wedgefield is an unincorporated community in eastern Orange County, on the outer edge of the Orlando area. Its name fits the map: State Roads 520 and 528 meet nearby in a wedge-like shape. Wedgefield is more spacious than many Orlando suburbs, with larger lots, residential streets, and access to conservation land and east-coast routes. It is close enough to Orlando for commuting, but the setting feels more rural and spread out, especially compared with the denser suburbs near the city's core.
