Wentworth, MO

Wentworth is a village in northeastern Newton County, Missouri, United States. The 2020 census counted 98 residents. Wentworth is part of the Joplin, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area. Wentworth was founded in the 1880s, and probably took its name from Wentworth, North Carolina, the native home of a share of the first settlers.
