West Siloam Springs is a Delaware County town immediately west of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, a state-line community that incorporated in 1969 after the Arkansas town's growth crossed into Oklahoma. Natural Falls State Park sits just west of town off U.S. 412, with a 77-foot waterfall dropping through a narrow rock valley; scenes from the 1974 film Where the Red Fern Grows were shot there.
