Westwood, KY (CDP)

Westwood is a Boyd County CDP of 4,387 residents in the 2020 census, sitting beside Ashland in the Huntington-Ashland region. It has no incorporated local government; county services, Fairview schools, and Ashland's transit network cover the practical basics. The Kentucky 168 corridor study treats Westwood's residential roads as part of the route between Ashland's U.S. 60 and the county community, so transportation is part of the local setup.
