Wilmar, AR

Wilmar is a quiet, small-town community in southeast Arkansas, situated along U.S. Route 278 midway between Monticello and Warren. The town originated in the late 1800s as a thriving sawmill hub and was named in honor of Willie Elvira, the daughter of an early local landowner.
