Woodlynne, NJ

Woodlynne is a tiny borough in Camden County, sitting only four miles southeast of Center City Philadelphia. Covering less than a quarter square mile, it is one of the smallest communities in New Jersey, made up of a quiet, walkable grid of residential homes. Long before today's neighborhoods were built, the area actually started out as a late-1800s amusement park and lake resort. Today, local children attend Woodlynne School from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, and teenagers head to neighboring Collingswood High School for grades nine through twelve.

Community spaces include neighborhood playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and the historic Woodlynne Scout Cabin. Residents also benefit from being right next door to Collingswood's popular restaurants along Haddon Avenue, as well as being a short drive or train ride from downtown Philadelphia. It offers a convenient home base with quick access to regional transit, nearby parks, and major job centers across the river.
