Zillah is a city in Yakima County, Washington, situated in the lower Yakima Valley. Founded in 1891 following the completion of the Sunnyside Canal irrigation project on the Yakima River and home to the landmark Teapot Dome Service Station, the agricultural community of approximately 3,140 is served by the Zillah School District for public education for local students.
