Ackerly, TX

Sitting along U.S. Highway 87 between Big Spring and Lamesa, Ackerly is a quiet West Texas farming community surrounded by wide-open cotton fields. Life moves at a relaxed pace here, though having the highway right in town makes it easy to run into Big Spring or commute to Midland and Odessa.
