Blackwater, AZ

Blackwater is a native village and census-designated community located in Pinal County, Arizona, situated on the Gila River Reservation. Positioned just northeast of the city of Coolidge, the settlement has long served as a center of tribal community life. Public education for children is provided in part by a co-located state charter school serving grades three through five, which functions as a central educational institution for families living on the reservation.
