Busby, MT

Busby is a Big Horn County census-designated place on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, set along Rosebud Creek and U.S. 212 in southeastern Montana. The community is named for Sheridan Busby, a homesteader who established the first post office there in 1904. The Northern Cheyenne Tribe's district map includes Busby among its five council districts, and the reservation's tribally owned landscape surrounds the settlement.

Busby is home to Northern Cheyenne Tribal School, a K-12 campus at 1 Campus Drive, where the Eagles play and all grade levels share the same school line.
