Set right against the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, Catalina offers a quiet, relaxed desert lifestyle just north of Oro Valley and Tucson. Home to around 7,500 residents, it provides a bit more breathing room and a semi-rural feel while keeping everyday conveniences close at hand. State Route 77 runs right through town, making it easy to commute into the city for work or head down the road for shopping and dining.
