Churchville, PA

Churchville is a Bucks County community in Northampton Township, northeast of Philadelphia. The Churchville Historic District gives the place an older village center, while much of its modern growth came in the mid-1980s as it became more of a commuter haven. That growth happened after the town lost commuter railway service, leaving roads and suburban development to shape daily life. Churchville feels like established Bucks County suburbia: historic buildings, schools, neighborhoods, and access to Philadelphia-area jobs without a dense town-center feel.
