Coalville, UT

Tucked into the Weber River valley along Interstate 80, Coalville is a quiet rural community of roughly 1,500 residents that serves as the Summit County seat. Originally founded in the 1860s as a coal-mining settlement, the town still holds onto its historic charm with handsome native-stone buildings, quiet streets, and a classic small-town feel. It offers wide-open mountain views, a relaxed pace of life, and quick access to boating and fishing at Echo State Park just up the road.
