Fulton is a city in Bourbon County, Kansas, United States. The 2020 census counted 165 residents. Fulton was originally known as Osaga, and under the latter name was founded in 1869. Fulton was renamed to Fulton in 1878, after Fulton, Illinois. Fulton previously operated Fulton High School before that closed.
