Grandview, OK

Grandview is an unincorporated Cherokee County CDP that sits against Tahlequah's northwest edge, with Oklahoma State Highway 51 Spur skirting the southeast side. That location is the whole orientation: Grandview is a residential pocket close to the Cherokee County seat without being part of it. Cherokee Nation headquarters and Tahlequah's schools, services, and cultural institutions are the larger regional backdrop, while Grandview itself stays a low-key piece of the same northeastern Oklahoma landscape. On the map, it is a border community - near enough to Tahlequah to share its orbit, separate enough to keep its own census line.
