About Great Neck Estates

Great Neck Estates is a small village on the Great Neck Peninsula in Nassau County, on Long Island's North Shore. It incorporated in 1911, making it the second village on the peninsula to do so, and it sits entirely within the Great Neck Union Free School District. The village has a polished residential feel, with access to peninsula amenities, parks, and Long Island Rail Road connections nearby. It is best understood as one of the residential, affluent pieces of the larger Great Neck community.
