Kaibab Estates West, AZ

Kaibab Estates West is a Coconino County census-designated place on the south edge of the county, bordering Yavapai County and just north of Ash Fork. It is unincorporated, part of the Ash Fork Joint Unified School District, and reached by local roads including Cumberland Road, Ann Lane, Jackalope Trail, and Ten Tank Road. Most roads inside the community are unpaved, and homes range from manufactured and site-built houses to RV sites on residential parcels.
