Moreland Hills, OH

Moreland Hills is a quiet, picturesque village tucked into the wooded landscape of the Chagrin River Valley, roughly twenty miles east of downtown Cleveland. Home to around 3,500 residents, the community has held onto a peaceful, semi-rural charm where winding roads, rolling hills, and spacious lots take the place of dense subdivisions. The Chagrin River winds directly through town, giving neighborhoods a secluded, scenic backdrop while keeping everyday conveniences close at hand.

The village is especially popular with families thanks to its access to excellent public schools, with homes served by the top-rated Orange City and Chagrin Falls school districts. It also has a rich local heritage as the birthplace of President James A. Garfield and the home of Hiram House Camp, Ohio's oldest youth camp. With the walkable shops and dining of neighboring Chagrin Falls right next door, Moreland Hills offers a relaxed, upscale retreat with plenty of green space and an easy commute.
