Reamstown is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Founded in the 1740s by Tobias Ream and historic as a field hospital during the Revolutionary War, the community of approximately 3,468 is served by the Cocalico School District for public primary and secondary education for local students.
